Upper Hutt Cosmopolitan Brass Band presents

Sunday 12 August | 2pm

Riki plays Principal Euphonium for Marlborough District Brass, but he is also well known for his concerts, having played with the NZSO and other orchestras. He was awarded International Player of the Year in 2002 at the Albert Hall, and has won more NZ Open titles than any other player ever, on flugal, tenor horn, baritone and euphonium. Riki was recently awarded the Queens Service Medal for his services to brass bands.

In this concert Riki teams up with Toby Pringle on Cornet, Andre Brown on Bass, Penny Brown on Piano and other guest artists to perform duets with the band and piano.

Come and enjoy the beautiful sounds and wonderful musicianship of this international player as he once again supports a local brass band and the young players in it.
