Poignant dance-drama work. Directed by Sue Rider, created by Helen Moulder, Sue Rider, & Sir Jon Trimmer.

Two acclaimed New Zealand stage personalities, ballet dancer Sir Jon Trimmer and actor, Helen Moulder present their award-winning dance-drama work full of humour, delight and drama. Based around a lonely women’s obsession with the dancer Alexander Karpovsky the show tells the story of Sylvia, who used to travel the world and its famous ballet theatres. Now she spends time alone in her wisteria covered attic filled with her daughter’s unwanted possessions and photographs of her favourite ballet dancer, until one day he mysteriously appears and begins to teach the stumbling Sylvia to dance… and to live.
