Refunds are offered on faulty or damaged products purchased from Whirinaki Whare Taonga, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

For a change of mind, we are happy to provide an item exchange. Exchanges are offered within 30 days from the date of purcahse, with proof of purchase.
